Free includes 3 different DVDs and 3 different music CDs in full, counted separately. When an allowance is used up, a new disc outputs the first 50% of the selected range; for a CD, this applies to each selected track. Successful conversions count once per disc. Failures and cancellations do not count. A previously counted disc stays eligible for full output.
What “lifetime” means
Your Pro license does not expire. It includes updates to the Pro feature set released during the commercial life of the product, at no additional charge.
What Pro does not include
AI enhancement and media-library editions are separate future products, not current features and not included in Pro. The existing commercial commitment is that eligible Pro owners can upgrade by paying the difference; no availability date is promised.
One computer, with a way to move
Online activation sends the Device ID from the app automatically. The license service permits two self-service releases per UTC calendar year. Release the old computer in License, then activate on the new one. If the old computer has failed, contact support; do not post a license key publicly.
Offline use and your files
After successful online validation, a signed license provides up to 30 days of offline use. Reconnect to refresh. A perpetual entitlement still requires periodic validation; if it cannot be validated, the app falls back to Free. Existing output files remain usable.
30 days to decide
For future purchases, the refund policy provides 30 days to request a full refund without requiring a reason. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Purchasing is not open at present.
