ダウンロード時にファイル、バージョン、日時、IPアドレス、取得可能な場合はおおよその国を記録します。転送はインストールや利用者数の証明ではありません。
著作者の権利と適用される法律を尊重し、複製する権利のあるメディアのみを扱ってください。BROOVISは確認できたDVDのコピー保護を検出しますが、解除しません。
Proは永続ライセンスで、製品の商用提供期間中に公開するPro機能の更新を含みます。AI強化とメディアライブラリは別の将来製品で、現在の機能ではありません。
同時に利用できるパソコンは1台です。アプリがDevice IDを自動送信します。UTCの暦年ごとに2回、セルフサービスで解除できます。旧パソコンが故障した場合はサポートへお問い合わせください。オンライン確認後は最大30日間オフラインで使用でき、その後は再接続が必要です。既存の出力ファイルは影響を受けません。
予定する商用ポリシーは購入後30日以内の申請による全額返金で、理由の提示は必須ではありません。注文番号と購入時のメールアドレスをお知らせください。ライセンスキー全文やカード情報は送らないでください。法定の権利は維持されます。
診断レポートと詳細なダウンロード記録は30日後に削除します。レポートの閲覧には管理者認証が必要です。国の判定は概算で、VPNの所在地になる場合があります。本番の保管場所やバックアップの期間は公開前に確定します。

1. Parties and scope
These terms describe the use of BROOVIS software from Broovis Software Limited Contact [email protected] with questions about the software or a license.
2. Editions and use
Free is for personal, non-commercial use. Pro permits personal and commercial use on one active computer. The Free/Pro comparison on Pricing describes implemented capabilities and clearly distinguishes future plans.
3. Perpetual Pro entitlement
A Pro license is perpetual and includes Pro-feature updates released during the commercial life of the product at no additional charge. AI enhancement and a media-library edition are separate future offerings. The existing commitment is an upgrade by paying the difference when eligible editions become available.
4. Activation, transfer and offline use
The client submits the Device ID automatically for online activation. A license can be released twice per UTC calendar year using the app, then activated on a new computer. Contact support if the old device is unavailable. The signed online license allows up to 30 days offline after validation; a failed or expired validation returns the app to Free without affecting existing output.
5. Your media and lawful use
Please respect creators and follow the laws that apply to you. Copy only media you are entitled to copy. BROOVIS detects observed DVD copy protection and does not remove it; owning a disc does not automatically mean you may copy it. Output is not watermarked or made dependent on an active license. Keep backups of originals and verify conversions.
6. Updates and third-party components
BROOVIS can check for updates at startup; you can turn automatic checks off in Settings or check manually in About. You may dismiss an update notice or decline an update. Installation requires your confirmation and a verified release signature and installer hash. Third-party components retain their own license terms.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
The planned commercial refund commitment is 30 days from purchase, without requiring a reason. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Paddle’s buyer terms govern its sale and payment services when checkout becomes available.
8. Privacy and diagnostic submission
The Privacy Notice describes local conversion, optional online requests, download IP statistics and diagnostic uploads. Diagnostics are sent only after a deliberate user submission; never include original media or credentials.
9. Your rights and questions
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Contact support with questions about your license. Changes must not retroactively reduce rights already granted under a purchased license.
