Pro 授權永久有效，包含產品商業生命週期內發布的 Pro 功能更新。AI 增強及媒體庫屬於未來獨立產品，不是目前可用功能；不能把規劃寫成現有功能。
同時僅啟用一台電腦，用戶端自動提交 Device ID。每個 UTC 曆年允許兩次自助解除綁定，舊電腦故障可聯絡支援。線上驗證後最多離線使用 30 天，到期需重新連線；已產生的檔案不受影響。
預計商業政策為購買後 30 天內申請全額退款，不強制要求理由。請提供訂單編號及購買電子郵件，不要傳送完整授權碼或信用卡資訊。法定消費者權利不受影響。
診斷報告及詳細下載事件保存 30 天後刪除，報告僅限通過驗證的管理員存取。IP 地區僅為估算，可能指向 VPN 出口；正式主機位置及備份保留期需上線前確認。

30 days, without requiring a reason
The planned BROOVIS commercial policy is a full refund when you request one within 30 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] using the purchase email and include the order reference. A reason is optional; do not send card details or a full license key.
How a request is handled
When purchasing becomes available through Paddle, you may also use Paddle’s buyer support. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. We do not promise an instant bank credit; payment-method processing times vary. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.
What happens to Pro
An approved full refund revokes the paid entitlement. A connected client will receive that status; an offline signed license may remain valid until its existing grace period ends. The app remains usable as Free, and files already produced remain usable without watermark or license restrictions.
