同时仅激活一台电脑，客户端自动提交 Device ID。每个 UTC 自然年允许两次自助解绑，旧电脑损坏可联系支持。在线校验后最多离线使用 30 天，到期需重新连接；已经生成的文件不受影响。
计划商业政策为购买后 30 天内申请全额退款，无需强制说明原因。请提供订单编号和购买邮箱，不要发送完整授权码或银行卡信息。法定消费者权利不受影响。
诊断报告及详细下载事件保存 30 天后删除，报告仅允许经过认证的管理员访问。IP 地区只是估算，可能指向 VPN 出口；正式托管位置、备份保留期需上线前确认。

30 days, without requiring a reason
The planned BROOVIS commercial policy is a full refund when you request one within 30 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] using the purchase email and include the order reference. A reason is optional; do not send card details or a full license key.
How a request is handled
When purchasing becomes available through Paddle, you may also use Paddle’s buyer support. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. We do not promise an instant bank credit; payment-method processing times vary. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.
What happens to Pro
An approved full refund revokes the paid entitlement. A connected client will receive that status; an offline signed license may remain valid until its existing grace period ends. The app remains usable as Free, and files already produced remain usable without watermark or license restrictions.
